We’re proud to set the gold standard in IT support throughout Bedfordshire and beyond—delivering fast, affordable, and human-first service backed by a passionate, highly-skilled team. Our people don’t just fix problems—they prevent them, simplify them, and make sure your tech helps, not hinders.

From empowering staff with ownership opportunities to investing in local nonprofits and businesses, we’re building a legacy of impact—both technically and emotionally. At Just Computers, we don’t just solve issues—we create peace of mind.

Let us handle the tech, so you can handle what matters.

Hi, I’m Tom – owner of Just Computers.

Before this business ever existed, I was in the classroom at Bedford College, teaching students how to use software. But for me, it was never just about software. It was about helping people truly connect with technology in a way that added meaning to their lives—whether that meant showing someone how to email a loved one across the world for the first time or helping them build the digital skills that would open doors in their careers.

I saw firsthand how powerful technology could be when it was explained clearly and used purposefully. I also saw how frustrating, time-consuming, and intimidating it could be when it wasn’t. That’s what really sparked the idea for Just Computers: I wanted to create a place where technology wasn’t a barrier, but a bridge—to better communication, more opportunity, and a more fulfilling life.

But it wasn’t just about tech. I’ve always believed deeply in fairness, honesty, and creating real value. I’ve seen too many services out there that take advantage of people—overcharging, underdelivering, and not really caring. I wanted to build something different. Something human. Something that made life easier and better for the people it touched.

As the business grew, it became clear I couldn’t do it all on my own. That’s when I was fortunate enough to work alongside two brilliant engineers, Graham and Oscar—both highly skilled, both as committed as I am to delivering great service. They helped lead our growing team of talented, hands-on technicians at our shop—people who not only fix phones, tablets, and PCs, but take the time to offer friendly, expert advice that genuinely helps.

I’ve always looked for people who are not just great with tech, but great with people. That’s something I feel the world needs more of—technicians who listen, who explain things clearly, who care about your experience as much as the solution. Because it’s not enough to just know how to fix something. What matters is how you make someone feel while you’re helping them

So here we are—Just Computers. A small but mighty team. Rooted in Bedfordshire. Built on the belief that technology should work for people—not the other way around. That good service should be fair, transparent, and delivered with heart. And that with the right support, anyone—absolutely anyone—can feel confident and empowered in the digital world.

Thanks for being part of the journey.

Tom
