Just Computers run a standard repair procedure. Machines are typically fixed within 2-3 business days and you will be notified if it will take longer. The steps below describe the way we work

Inspection
When you contact us, our engineers will diagnose faults based on the description that you have provided and will give you an estimated cost along with the timeline.

Approval
We will contact you beforehand and will make sure you understand the problem and give us a go-ahead before we start the work.

Repair
Once we get a green light, we will start immediately on repair and let you know as soon as it’s ready.
4
Return
You will be informed about the repair completion and we will arrange collection or delivery.
