I should like to take this opportunity to thank all involved with my recent hard disc replacement in my old Dell desktop. Had a power cut and my hard drive died and pc didn’t recognise anymore. Lost without my old Dell as tablet and mobile access to internet is one thing but using a proper keyboard again over touch screen tech is a far better option. Just Computers are a really friendly bunch, very knowledgeable, always able to help even if it is an emergency that needs sorting yesterday. There is always someone on the telephone able to help if possible, or use virtual assistance or to physically come out to us. They really do help to sort things out quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone who is not tech savvy when it comes to issues beyond straightforward knowledge
