We can highly recommend Just Computers. We have been using them for a few years now and they have always been extremely helpful. They explain clearly what needs to be done and give a quote before anything is agreed. They explain how long a job will take and it has always been a quick turn around. They never encourage to overspend and we always feel that we have had a fair/good deal.
My laptop was running slowly ,kept showing error messages, and when I was typing, the letters did not appear on the screen immediately. I took the laptop into Just Computers, paid the £35 fee for them to investigate the problem, which was they had to remove and reinstate a driver. After doing that and testing the laptop. I got a call to pick the computer up, which I did, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the initial fee of £35 covered the work done on the laptop, over the two days that they had it. I would recommend Just computers for any problems anyone may be having with their PC or laptop. The people there were pleasant, polite and knew exactly what to do to fix the laptop problem
