I visited Just Computers Kempston during the week with a laptop SSD upgrade problem, laptop was checked, and I was given advice on next steps whilst I waited , I came back later with a subsequent query and was assisted again. The staff were friendly and professional, and the cost was very reasonable. They ‘ll be my first point of call for IT issues in the future.

I used ‘Just Computers’ 2 weeks ago and based on their knowledge and service, I would definitely return and recommend.
The faults on my personal laptop were diagnosed within 10 mins and I received a full account of all issues and recommendations for those fixes, in a language I understood, along with guaranteed prices for all fixes.
Knowing how old my laptop was and with such detailed and honesty, I felt I had enough information to make an informed decision. I opted to purchase another. ‘Just Computers’ took the time to ask what I needed from a laptop and took that on-board when offering me the various options from re-furbished or new. There was NO Hard Sell just a real concern to ensure I got what I wanted/needed. I am rarely impressed but Just Computers clearly do have Customer Service, knowledge and quality as their core values and service. I recommended them to the company I work with and today they visited and gave us answers and solutions to issues we have been suffering with for months. Would Highly Recommend.

Purchased a refurbished machine and the one I chose turned out to be faulty so they immediately offered an alternative and I collected it the same day. Brilliant service, very attentive to the details I was looking for. Got a lovely machine that looks and works like new. Highly recommend the store, very knowledgeable staff and no technobabble! I took a laptop to Just Computers to have an extra 4GB RAM installed and the work was completed that day. The service was well-informed and friendly and efficient, so I was well pleased.

We recently had a new garden room installed and as we intend to use it all year round and were also experiencing poor wifi coverage from our current hub which we had enough of so I put out a request for recommendations of a company who could help us with this on local social network group and Just Computers were recommended.

I called and spoke with Oscar who is excellent , knowledgeable without being over technical and didn’t try the hard sell and did also advise what they could do within our budget and would not install what we didn’t need for the sake of it .

A date and time was agreed , Oscar attended carried out the installation and ensured all was as it should be before he left and reminded me if we had any issues or queries they were only a phone call away .

I know it’s early days as the system was only installed today but we very much like what we have experienced so far and if we have any other issues with IT we’d be calling on them.

Just wanted to confirm that I was satisfied with the work done on my computer.
So far nothing to report as everything works out alright.
