When my laptop suddenly gave up on me, I thought I’d lost all my files but the staff were able to clone my old computer onto a new one, saving all my data. I’ve had a few WiFi issues on my new laptop, which they have been able to solve either on the spot or within the hour at no extra cost. When I’ve called up, staff have tried to help over the phone and then offered to see the laptop in store immediately.

Just Computers offers far better service than I’m sure I’d get from the repair side of a large chain store, and I’ll use them every time from now on.

I arranged a home visit with Justcomputers and on the appointed day and hour a technician arrived. Having quickly recapped on my laptop “problem” I was assured that the “merry-go-round” I felt I was on would be sorted out. It was. Needless to say I won’t “suffer in silence” ever again, I’ll call Justcomputers.

After months of researching the purchase of a laptop, trying to get advice from people and going around in circles, how happy was
I to walk into Just Computers in Kempston.

My main concern all along had been purchasing a laptop from somewhere I could easily take it back to if anything went wrong, feeling
comfortable and not pressured when looking at the laptops and not having to go over my quite limited budget.

The staff in Just Computers were welcoming, friendly, very helpful and I no way felt as if I was a woman of an older age :0)
being tolerated just for a purchase to be made.

I write to advise, that we have used Just Computers to supply and install updated computer equipment, to improve our user experience, through faster operation and greater memory and also to problem solve any faults, either over the telephone, by talking us through what needs to happen to remedy under instruction, for ourselves, or if found necessary to come to our premises to sort out any issues, not easily remedied.

They have always responded to our enquiries very quickly, very often they have sorted us out and up and running within hours, the same day. We have found their engineers, to be very knowledgeable and patient when we try and describe, in layman’s terms what is wrong or how we want to improve our systems.

Over the years since we first came to use Just Computers, when help is required, albeit infrequently, they have always been able to help, without any fuss and undue delay.

I will be pleased to use them, when future computer issues occur or when it becomes necessary to replace aging equipment and invest in new computer(s) for the future & I do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent, friendly service and not intimidating for non-techies like me. Repairs have been quick and reasonably priced and I’d recommend them highly.

This is the fourth [or fifth] computer I have bought from Just Computers,the staff are very efficient and knowledgeable.They explained how to use it [I am a 72 year old dinosaur], transferred my data across from my old machine and all for an excellent price.

The work was done within 24 hours and ready for collection.
