Earlier today, Monday, my wife and I visited Just Computers with an iPad suspected of carrying some malware. On Sunday evening we had opened an email from a friend, clicked on a single line of text and as a result the iPad could no longer access the internet. Neither of us, we’re in our 70’s and 80’s, are at all confident with IT technology so we were at a loss about what to do. First thing Monday morning we had a brief telephone conversation with Just Computers and as a result we decided to let the experts have a look at it, hence the shop visit.
After a short examination of the iPad the young man then showed and explained to us what the problem was and assured us that all was well with the device. A great relief. He didn’t have a name tag, but we would like to say a big THANK YOU to him for absolutely brilliant customer service
Companies underestimate just how important customer service is.
