I’d like to say a big, big thank you for last week. I had suspected and you agreed that my laptop had died, & I thought the documents, photo’s and personal info were gone for ever. I bought a new laptop & you’ve reinstated everything, even sparing me time the following day to locate items remotely, that I couldn’t find. Everything is running fine, though I now have to work on backing up to my external hard drive, which is a bit of a problem. I’d like to recommend you to anyone having doubts about where to go – 1st class service.
