Fantastic service from Just Computers. My hard drive memory was full and I was unable to use my computer which is used daily for work. Just Computers fitted a new hard drive giving me plenty of spare memory and I was up and running again in record time.
I have already spoken to Fiona who gave me a follow up call to check if I was happy with their service and now they are going to fix another computer as the graphics card needs updating. I would thoroughly recommend this company for all your computer needs as these guys know their stuff.

Just Computers offers fantastic, trustworthy customer service.
When my laptop suddenly gave up on me, I thought I'd lost all my files but the staff were able to clone my old computer onto a new one, saving all my data. I've had a few WiFi issues on my new laptop, which they have been able to solve either on the spot or within the hour at no extra cost. When I've called up, staff have tried to help over the phone and then offered to see the laptop in store immediately.
Just Computers offers far better service than I'm sure I'd get from the repair side of a large chain store, and I'll use them every time from now on.

had a problem with my battery on my laptop. I messaged them on FB within minutes I had a reply and was told to bring it down. I have to say how brilliant these lads are. they solved it!! I offered to pay them and was told don't be silly you've only been here 10 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough. they look after mine, my partners, my partners family and alot of my friends. if you ever see a post about needing help with a laptop or PC I'm there straight away recommending "Just Computers" thankyou again lads your super !!! ❤️👍👍🥰

Excellent! Two working days to replace a broken SSD drive running the operating system. Computer running as well as it ever has. Pity about the missing programmes and files lost on the drive. Also provided advice on upgrading the graphics cards. I wish they had a data recovery service!

Brought my laptop in on Saturday as I needed it fixing by Monday for work. It was looked at and fixed within the same day. Very good pricing and even received a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely use just computers for any problems I have with my laptop moving forward.

Requested an estimate to repair my laptop- (hard disc corrupt) by email and response almost immediately. Happy with price and a few days later took it in at 10am and picked up same day at 3pm. New disc fitted and all necessary software added. Can't fault that.

I am in my 70's and IT challenged and recently had serious problems with my damaged lap-top. A solution was offered but I also needed software support and received outstanding support on-line. Because of the lockdown they arranged for collection and delivery.
What was particularly important was the technical support that I received from home.
